Video Submission Disclaimer and Waiver

By submitting a video through this website, you (the “Submitter”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consent to Use
By submitting your video, you grant Resilient Media (“Company”) the full and irrevocable right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote the video and your likeness contained within the video for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, and other related uses as determined by the Company.

Ownership and Rights
By submitting your video, you acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in the submitted video, including any associated likeness, audio, or visual elements, are transferred to Resilient Media. The Company will hold exclusive ownership of the video and may use it without further notice, compensation, or permission from you.

Restricted Uses
The Company will not sell or use your video or likeness in ways unrelated to its marketing, advertising, or promotional activities.

Waiver of Claims
You waive any claims to royalties, compensation, or other financial considerations arising from the use of your submitted video by the Company. You also release Resilient Media, its employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages related to the use of your video as described in this agreement.

Age and Authority
By submitting your video, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained legal guardian consent.
You have full authority to grant these rights and there is no other entity or individual with conflicting rights to the video.
Agreement to Terms
By clicking submit or otherwise providing your video, you agree to this disclaimer and waiver in its entirety. If you do not agree, do not submit your video.
